Description

The apartment is situated in a quiet development only a few minutes walk from the main village square and has a bright and airy feel. The south facing terrace has spectacular views over the mountains and the village rooftops down to the sea and due to its position, gets the sun all day. At the back of the apartment is a secluded courtyard where guests can escape from the heat of the day. The apartment is comfortably furnished and well equipped. The front door leads to a small hallway with access to the modern bathroom (with washing machine), double/twin bedroom (depending on preference). There is a light and airy open plan living room/kitchen with appliances. From the lounge there are French doors which lead out onto the balcony. The balcony is equipped with sun loungers There are lovely views from the terrace to the mountains, over the village rooftops and down to the sea. This would be an ideal get away for couples and small families. Swimming pool close by (small charge).

Accommodation

There is one double/twin bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. The house is ideal for a couple but can sleep up to 3 people if required (2 in bedroom plus 1 on sofa bed). A DVD/video player with a wide selection of films is available. There is also a good English language rental shop in the village with email and internet access for 1 euro per hour. The balcony is equipped with 2 sun loungers. The kitchen has a 4 ring hob and is perfect for preparing simple meals however there are many excellent and cheap places to eat within a few minutes walk. 1 small flight of stairs to reach the apartment. Long term renters off season welcome.
